What data, and where it comes from

This website has no form and no customer account. Personal data only reaches the business when you send it yourself, by phone, WhatsApp or email:

your name, phone number and, if you write, your email address;
the address of the door, car or safe, or a location you share;
photos of the lock, the door, the vehicle or the damage;
the proof you show that the property, vehicle or safe is yours (it is looked at, not kept, unless you are asked and agree);
for an invoice, your tax details.

Why it is used, and on what legal basis

To deal with your request and carry out the job: taking steps at your request before a contract and performing it (GDPR art. 6.1.b).
To issue invoices and keep accounts: legal obligations under Spanish tax and commercial law (art. 6.1.c).
To check that you may have a door, car or safe opened: the legitimate interest of preventing a stranger’s property being opened (art. 6.1.f).

Your data is not used for advertising, is not sold, and no automated decisions are made with it.

Who else handles it

Hosting: the provider that serves this website (Cloudflare), which processes technical connection data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the pages.
Messaging: WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to write that way.
Email: the provider of the business’s mailbox.
Accounting and tax: an adviser, if one is used, and the tax authorities where the law requires it.

Some of these providers are based in the United States or may process data there. Transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified under it, or on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. The display typeface is served from this website itself, so no request is sent to Google Fonts.

How long it is kept

Messages and photos about an enquiry that does not become a job: until it is resolved, and no longer than one year.
Data about a job carried out: for as long as claims about it could be made.
Invoices and accounting records: six years (Commercial Code, art. 30) and the periods set by tax law.

Your rights

You can ask to see your data, to correct or delete it, to limit or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format, by writing to info@locksmithnovelda.es. If you are not satisfied with the reply, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).

Qué datos se tratan y de dónde proceden

Este sitio web no tiene formulario ni área de clientes. Los datos personales solo llegan cuando usted los envía por teléfono, WhatsApp o correo electrónico:

nombre, teléfono y, si escribe, dirección de correo electrónico;
la dirección de la puerta, el vehículo o la caja fuerte, o la ubicación que comparta;
fotografías de la cerradura, la puerta, el vehículo o los daños;
el documento que acredite que la vivienda, el vehículo o la caja fuerte es suyo (se comprueba, no se guarda, salvo que se le pida y lo acepte);
para la factura, sus datos fiscales.

Finalidad y base jurídica

Atender su solicitud y realizar el trabajo: aplicación de medidas precontractuales y ejecución del contrato (art. 6.1.b RGPD).
Emitir facturas y llevar la contabilidad: cumplimiento de obligaciones legales fiscales y mercantiles (art. 6.1.c RGPD).
Comprobar que puede pedir la apertura: interés legítimo en impedir que se abra la propiedad de un tercero (art. 6.1.f RGPD).

Sus datos no se usan con fines publicitarios, no se venden y no se toman decisiones automatizadas con ellos.

Destinatarios

Alojamiento web: el proveedor que sirve este sitio (Cloudflare), que trata datos técnicos de conexión, como la dirección IP, para entregar y proteger las páginas.
Mensajería: WhatsApp (Meta), si elige escribir por esa vía.
Correo electrónico: el proveedor del buzón de la empresa.
Contabilidad y fiscalidad: la asesoría, si se utiliza, y la Administración tributaria cuando la ley lo exija.

Algunos de estos proveedores tienen sede en Estados Unidos o pueden tratar datos allí. Las transferencias se amparan en el Marco de Privacidad de Datos UE-EE. UU. cuando el proveedor está certificado, o en las cláusulas contractuales tipo de la Comisión Europea. La tipografía de este sitio se sirve desde el propio dominio, por lo que no se envía ninguna petición a Google Fonts.

Plazos de conservación

Mensajes y fotos de una consulta que no llega a encargo: hasta resolverla, y como máximo un año.
Datos de un trabajo realizado: mientras puedan derivarse responsabilidades de él.
Facturas y registros contables: seis años (art. 30 del Código de Comercio) y los plazos que fije la normativa tributaria.

Derechos

Puede ejercer sus derechos de acceso, rectificación, supresión, limitación, oposición y portabilidad escribiendo a info@locksmithnovelda.es. Si no queda satisfecho con la respuesta, puede presentar una reclamación ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).
