Opening the car, and nothing to do with car keys
Only lockout help and car opening are offered. Car keys are never cut, replaced, copied or programmed here. If your key is lost, broken or will not start the car, a dealer or a car key specialist is the right call.
None of the following is done, for any vehicle:
- No key cutting or key copying, for any lock whatsoever
- No spare keys of any kind: not for a flat, a house, a gate, a unit, a garage or a mailbox

Will opening the car damage the door, the paint or the window seals?
No. Cars are opened with tools made for the purpose, working the door mechanism without forcing the window, the frame or the seals. Nothing is broken to get in.
The car is a hire car. Should I ring the hire company first?
Check the rental agreement or the key tag: some companies include roadside help and want to be called first. If they do not, or the wait is long, the car can be opened and you keep the paperwork for them.
The key is gone altogether, not just locked inside. Can that be sorted here?

How do I prove the car is mine when the papers are inside it?
That the car is yours or in your charge: the registration papers, the insurance, a rental agreement, or your identity matched to the papers once the door is open and they are in the glovebox.
